Baileys Truffles Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Whipping Cream,
8 ounce: Semi sweet chocolate chopped,
1/4 cup: Butter,
1/4 cup: Bailey Irish cream,
3 tbsp: Granulated Sugar,

Directions:
Combine cream, butter, and sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil
over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate stirring until
completely melted. Stir in Baileys. Chill mixture until firm about
4 hrs or overnight. Drop mixture into the coating of your choice and
shape into balls and roll in the coating to cover thoroughly. Chill.
Store in airtight container in refridgerator. From Canadian Living
