Baked Rice Custard Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
1 1/2 cup: Skim milk,
3/4 cup: Cooked rice,
2 tbsp: Liquid sucaryl,
3 tbsp: Raisins,
1/4 tsp: Salt,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees,Blend together the eggs,skim
milk,sucaryl,salt and vanilla.Stir in cooked rice and raisins.Pour
into a 4 cup casserole.Place casserole in a pan of hot
water.Bake,uncovered,60 minutes stirring after one half hour of
baking.Serve hot.

sugar 170 calories)
