Banana Date Pudding^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Chopped dates,
3 tbsp: Cornstarch,
2 cup: Boiling water,
1 cup: Water,
2/3 cup: Cashews,
1 1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
1/8 tsp: Salt,
2: Sliced bananas,
Directions:
Pour boiling water over dates, cover. Let stand about 5 minutes then
blend smooth. Empty into a saucepan. BLEND smooth remaining
ingredients, except bananas. Add to saucepan, lightly boil until
thick, stirring, about 10 minutes. Stir in sliced bananas. Po
Variations: Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch for a pie filling. May use
