Banana Glace~ Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Frozen ripe Bananas,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 1/2 cup: Skim milk,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
2 tbsp: Honey,
Freshly ground nutmeg,
Directions:
Slice bananas and place them in a blender or food processor with 1/2
cup of the milk and honey. Blend until smooth. Add remaining milk,
cinnamon and vanilla. Blend. Freeze until slushy, about 1 1/2 hours.
Rmove from freezer, blend again until smooth. Refreeze. Sprinkle with
nutmeg and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
Per serving: 121 calories; 0.6 g fat (4%).
