Banana Raita Recipe

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients:
2 cup: Non-fat yogurt,
1: Banana, peeled
1/4 tsp: Ground cardamon, opt
-coarsely chopped,
1 small: Cucumber, peeled
Salt and pepper,
-seeded and grated,
1/4 cup: Mint leaves, chopped
-or coarsely chopped,
2 tsp: Sugar or to taste,

Directions:
Drain the yogurt for 2 hours.

Fold the remaining ingredients into the yogurt. correct the seasoning,
adding more salt to taste.

Serve in a bowl with your favorite curry.
