Beef With Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Shortening,
3 tbsp: Sharp cheese, shredded
2 medium: Onions, thin sliced
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Beef broth,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
3 cup: Brown beef cubes,
1/2 cup: Dairy sour cream,
Directions:
Melt shortening in skillet. Add onions and saute until soft and
clear. Add broth, beef, cheese and seasonings. Cover, simmer gently
to heat, Blend in sour cream just before serving.
