Biltong Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
bn Spinach leaves,
2 each: Quartered Hard Boiled Eggs,
bn Lettuce leaves,
2 tbsp: Chopped Parsley,
bn Red Butter Lettuce leaves,
1/2 cup: Bean Sprouts,
9 ounce: Thin sliced moist Biltong,
1 1/16 cup: Croutons,
Directions:
Toss leaves together lightly. Add remaining ingredients except
croutons. Add dressing of choice. sprinkle croutons on top.
