Bobs Barbecue Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
5 gallon: Potatoes,
2 quart: Salad Dressing,
16: Hard-Cooked Eggs, sliced
1 cup: Mustard,
2 cup: Onion, finely chopped
Salt And Pepper, to taste
1 quart: Sweet Relish, with juice
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and slice while hot. Add eggs,
onion, relish, salad dressing and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Allow salad to season in the refrigerator. If the salad is to stiff,
boil 2 cups of water and immediately pour over the misture, stirring
in quickly.
