Canned Beans^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cup: Dried beans or peas,
1 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Place washed sorted legumes with salt in a quart jar. Fill with water
to an inch from the top. Stir. Pressure can at 10 lbs. for 90
minutes. If using pint jars, cut the salt in half. Source: Of These
