Creamy Peach Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Peach-flavored gelatin, 3
1 cup: Fresh peaches, diced
Ounces,
Peeled,
2/3 cup: Boiling water,
1 each: Deep-dish pastry shell --,
1 cup: Vanilla ice cream,
9: In baked,
1 carton: Frozen whipped topping --,
Sliced peaches and or mint,
8 ounce: Thawed,
Leaves, optiona

Directions:

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in ice cream
until melted and smooth. Add whipped topping and mix well. Fold in
peaches. Pour into pastry shell. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. If
desired, garnish with peaches and/or mint leaves. Yield; 6-8 servings
