Hominy And Sausage Bake Recipe

Ingredients:
2 can: White or yellow hominy, 14oz
3/4 cup: Cheddar cheese, shredded
4: Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup: Green onion, sliced
8 ounce: Chorizo or pork sausage,
1 can: Green chilies, chopped, 4oz
. cooked and drained,
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch glass baking dish.
In a large bowl combine the hominy, eggs, chorizo, cheese, onion and
chilies if desired. Pour into the prepared dish. Bake for 30 to 35
minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
