Lazy-day Cranberry Relish Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Orange peel, grated
1 cup: Orange juice,
4 cup: Cranberries fresh or frozen,

Directions:
In a slow cooker, combine sugar, orange juice and peel; stir until
sugar is dissolved. Add the cranberries. Cover and cook on low for 6
hr. Mash the mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Yield: 10 to
12 servings. (3 cups)
