Lemon Herbed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup: Bread crumbs,
2 tsp: Lemon peel, grated
4 Cloves: garlic, minced
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Fresh parsley, chopped
6 tbsp: Butter or margarine --,
6 tbsp: Grated parmesan cheese,
Melted divided,
1/4 cup: Fresh thyme, or 1 T.
1 each: Salmon fillet, 3 to 4
Dried,
Pounds,
Directions:
In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, cheese, thyme,
lemon peel and salt; mix well. Add 4 tablespoons butter and toss
lightly to coat; set aside. Pat salmon dry. Place skin side down in a
greased baking dish. Brush with remaining butter; cover with crumb
mixture. Bake at 350 deg. for 20 to 25 min. or until salmon flakes
easily with a fork. Yield: 8 servings.
