Low Calorie Zucchini Dressing - Sl 11/86 Recipe

Ingredients:
4 3/4 cup: Zucchini, chopped
-stuffing,
1/2 cup: Plus 2 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tsp: Poultry seasoning,
1/2 cup: Plus 2 tbsp celery, chopped
1/2 tsp: Butter flavoring,
1 cup: , boiling water
1/4 tsp: Rubbed sage,
1 cup: Unsalted chicken broth,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
2 each: Eggs, slightly beaten
Vegetable cooking spray,
1 each: , (8-oz) package herb-seasoned
Directions:
Cook zucchini, onion, and celery in 1 cup boiling water 15 minutes;
drain well. Mash. Add chicken broth, eggs, stuffing mix, poultry
seasoning, flavoring, sage, and pepper; stir well. Spoon mixture
into a shallow 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake,
uncovered, at 350F for 25 minutes or until heated. Yield: 8
servings. (about 149 calories per 1 cup serving).
