Ltallan Vegtable Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Bulk ltalian sausage,
1 can: Beef broth, 14-1/2 ounces
1 medium: Onion, sliced
1 1/2 cup: Water,
1 can: Whole tomatoes,
2 medium: Zucchini,
6 ounce: With liquid, chopped
Cut into 1/4-inch slices,
1 can: Garbanzo beans, l5 ounces
1/2 tsp: Dried basil,
Drained,
Grated Parmesan cheese,
Directions:
In a 3-qt. saucepan, cook sausage and onion; drain fat. Stir in
tomatoes, beans. broth. water, zucchini and basil. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until the zucchini is tender.
Sprinkle each serving with cheese. Yield: 6-8 servings (2 qts.)
