Mashed Turnip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Turnip, peeled, boiled &
2 each: Green chilies, chopped
-- mashed,
1/2 tsp: Cumin,
2 tbsp: Ghee,
1 tsp: Garam masala,
1/2 tsp: Grated ginger,
Salt,
1 medium: Onion, finely chopped
1 pinch: Sugar,
2 medium: Tomatoes, quartered
1 tbsp: Cilantro,
Directions:
Heat ghee in a skillet. Saute ginger & onion till golden. Add
tomatoes, chilies, cumin & garam masala. Mix in turnip, add salt &
blend.
Keep pan over moderate heat & stir for about 10 minutes. Add sugar &
blend again. Serve hot, topped with cilantro.
