Pineapple Beets Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1 can: Sliced beets, l6 ounces
1 tbsp: Cornstarch,
Drained,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
1 can: Pineapple tidbits, 8
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
oz Undrained,
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch and salt; add
pineapple and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick, about
2 minutes. Add the beets, butter and lemon juice; cook over medium
heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4 servings
