Potato Beef Hash Recipe

Ingredients:
2 each: Potatoes, cubed and
1 tsp: Basil,
-parboiled,
1 lbs: Lean ground beef,
1 tsp: Vegetable oil,
3/4 cup: Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 each: Onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste,
1 each: Clove garlic, minced
2 cup: Canned stewed tomatoes,
1 tsp: Oregano,
-chopped,
Directions:
Peel and cube the potatoes. Cook beef in a skillet until browned.
Drain and rinse off any fat that cooks out of beef. While draining
cooked beef, saute the onion, garlic, basil and oregano. Add drained
beef. Arrange cooked beef in a greased casserole dish and lay the
cubed parboiled potatoes on top. Pour the tomatoes over top, and
sprinkle cheese on top of the tomatoes. Bake In a 350F oven for
about 30-45 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked completely. Makes
