Potato Pan Burger Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Lean Ground Beef,
3/4 cup: Sour Cream,
1 package: Pillsbury Brown Gravy Mix,
1/4 cup: Water,
1 cup: Cream Of Mushroom Soup,
1 tbsp: Catsup,
Condensed, (10 1/2 oz)

TOPPING
1 cup: Pillsbury Hungry Jack Mashed,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Potato Flakes,
3/4 cup: Milk,
1 cup: Pillsburys Best All-Purpose,
2 tbsp: Cooking Oil,
Flour,
1: Egg,
2 tsp: Baking Powder,

Directions:
Place ground beef in 2-qt casserole. Break into small pieces. Bake at
450 F for 20 mins. Drain. Add gravy mix, mushroom soup, sour cream,
water and catsup. Mix well. Drop topping by tablespoonfuls around the
edge of casserole. Sprinkle with additional potato flakes. Bake at
450 F for 25 to 30 mins.

Topping: Combine potato flakes, flour, baking powder and salt in
mixing bowl. Combine milk, oil and egg; add to dry ingredients all at
once, stirring until all ingredients are moistened.

TIP: Prepare meat mixture ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Prepare
topping just before baking and bake at 425 F for 35 to 40 mins.

NOTE: For use with Pillsburys Best Self-Rising Flour, decrease salt
to 1/4 tsp and omit baking powder.

Serves 5 to 6.
