Spinach Salad With Honey Dressing - Sl 1/90 Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 tsp: Salt,
3/4 lbs: Fresh spinach, torn
1 centiliter: Garlic, crushed
8 ounce: Can mandarin oranges, drain
1/3 cup: Honey,
3/4 cup: Walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup: Light olive oil,
-and toasted,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
Directions:
Sprinkle salt in a salad bowl; rub garlic into salt, using the
back of a wooden spoon. Add honey, oil, and lemon juice to salad
bowl; beat with a wire whisk. Refrigerate.
Add spinach and remaining ingredients to dressing; toss gently.
Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
