Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
6 tbsp: Oil,
1 cup: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Vinegar,
3 tbsp: Cocoa,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 cup: Cold water,
1/2 tbsp: Salt,

Directions:

Mix the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients. Stir until smooth.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
