Sprouting Lettuce Seeds Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Quart jar -OR-,
3 tbsp: Lettuce seeds,
1 each: Prepared tray,
Water to 3 times seeds,
Directions:
Use 3 tablespoons in a quart jar, or tray sprout which will yield
about 2 cups of sprouts. Soak for 8 hours.
Rinse 2 to 3 times daily for 4 to 5 days. Move into sunlight to green.
Harvest when sprouts are 1 to 1-1/2 inches long. Use as a garnish.
Flavor is strong.
