Chafing Dish Crabmeat^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Mayonnaise,
1/2 tsp: Garlic powder,
2 tbsp: Capers,
2 dash: Hot sauce,
1 tbsp: Prepared horseadish,
1 lbs: Fresh crabmeat, drained and
1 tsp: Grated lemon rind,
Flaked,
1 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
Mebla toast or toast points,
Directions:
In a saucepan combine the first 7 ingredients. Stir in crabmeat
gently. Cover and chill up to 1 day, if desired. Cook over low heat,
stirring gently, until thoroughly heated.( Do not boil.) Pour mixture
into a chafing dish and keep warm. Serve with melba toast.
