Chili Pecan Log Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Cream cheese,
12 ounce: Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 ounce: Garlic cheese, diced
2 tbsp: Chili powder,
2 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 cup: Pecans, chopped
2 dash: Hot pepper sauce,

Directions:
Place unwrapped cream cheese and garlic cheese in a 2-quart glass
measure. Stirring midway through cooking, microwave on medium (50
percent) 2 minutes, or until softened. Blend Worcestershire and
pepper sauce into cheeses. Fold in Cheddar, mix well.

To make two (6-inch) logs, work with half of cheese mixture at a time.
Sprinkle half of desired amount of chili powder on wax paper. Roll
cheese mixture in chili powder to form a log. Sprinkle half of pecans
on same waxed paper; roll log in pecans to coat. Repeat with remaining
ingredients. Wrap each log in aluminum foil and chill until firm.

Serve with crackers.

Nutritional analysis per serving: 130 calories, 11 grams fat, 2 grams
carbohydrates, 30 milligrams cholesterol, 224 milligrams sodium, 72
percent of calories from fat.
