Paris (texas, Of Course) Onion Soup Recipe
Yield: 6 servingsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
2 quart: Onions, sliced
1 quart: Milk,
1 1/2 cup: Butter,
1 pint: Half and half,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 can: Stock, chicken
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
Directions:
Simmer onions in butter 45 minutes. Season to taste. Add milk, cream
and chicken broth.
Place toast in bottom of soup bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Pour
soup over toast.
