Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Ground beef,
Divided,
1 small: Chopped onion,
18 slice: Pepperoni,
1 small: Chopped green pepper,
1 can: , (4oz) sliced mushrooms,
2: , (1lb) frozen bread loaves,
Drained,
Thawed,
1 can: , (14oz) pizza sauce
4 cup: Shredded mozzarella,
Directions:
Brown beef, pepper and onion; drain.
Divide one loaf dough in half and press into bottom and up sides of
2-9" greased pie plates. Sprinkle each with 1 1/2 cups mozzarella
cheese. top each with half of the meat mixture. Top with pepperoni
and mushrooms. Divide remaining bread dough and roll into 2 10"
circles. cover each pie; crimp edges. Spread each with sauce and
sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 400F. 25-30 minutes. 12-16
servings.
