Salsa Verde (green Sauce) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 medium: Onions, chopped
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
1 cup: Canned diced green chiles,
3/4 tsp: Garlic powder,
2 1/2: Yellow hot chiles, diced
1/4 cup: Chopped green onions,
1 cup: Canned whole tomatoes --,
2 tbsp: Chopped bell pepper,
-crushed,
2 quart: Beef broth,
1 tbsp: Oregano,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, let simmer 1 hour. If
needed, add roux to thicken.

Roux: Melt 1 stick of butter. Blend in 3/4 cup sifted flour. Can be
refrigerated until needed.
