Sweet Yeast Dough Recipe

3/4 tsp: Cinnamon, ground
2: Egg yolks,
3/4 tsp: Nutmeg, ground
6 tbsp: Butter,
2 1/2 cup: Flour, bread
3 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 tbsp: Yeast,
Directions:
"Sandra Farace says she uses this recipe for everything from a
stollen to cinnamon or caramel rolls. Sandra has been baking yeast
breads for 23 years and does NOT use a bread machine. I have adaped
her rcipe for machines."
