Vanilla-lovers Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Egg,
4 cup: Heavy cream,
3/4 cup: Extrafine sugar,
1 1/2 tbsp: Vanilla extract,
Directions:
Put the egg, sugar, 2 cups heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a
blender, and blend on medium speed until dissolved. Add the remaining
cream and blend on low speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Transfer the mixture to your ice-cream machine and proceed according
to
the manufacturers instructions.
Makes about 1 quart.
