2 cup: Heavy cream,
1/4 cup: Confectioners sugar,
1 tbsp: Bourbon,
Directions:
In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until
thick. Beat in the bourbon and continue to beat until soft peaks form.
Serve immediately.
