Baked Herbed Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Fish steaks,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1 each: 8oz can tomato sauce,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Dried thyme,
1/2 cup: Finely chopped onions,
1/4 tsp: Dried basil,
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place fish in a shallow baking pan that has been
sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients,
spread evenly over fish. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes.
