Cherry Crumb Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1/2 cup: To 3/4 c liquid Butter Buds,
2 cup: Quick oats,
1 can: Pie filling, strawberry/
1 1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
-cherry/apple/or blueberry,
Directions:
Mix everything together, except the pie filling. Reserve 1 cup of the
crumb mixture for topping. Pat into a 9x13x2" casserole dish that has
been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Pour can of pie filling on
top og crumb mixture. Sprinkle the rest of crumb mixture (1 cup) on
top of pie filling. Bake 45 minutes for 1 hour in a slow oven.
300~F. Serve warm with vanilla ono-fat yogurt or Dream Whip.
Sprinkle Grape-Nuts cereal on top, if desired. Serves 8-12 Per
serving: Fat: 0.37g; Calories: 105; Protein: 3.2g; Cholesterol: 0mg;
