Chioppinno Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Celery, chopped
Salt to taste,
1/2 cup: Olive oil,
1/2 cup: Sherry,
1 tbsp: Garlic, minced
1 cup: Red wine,
1 tbsp: Parsley, chopped
Oregano, bayleaf, pepper
1 each: Onion, chopped
Sweet basil, fresh garlic
1 can: Tomatos, lg. can
2 lbs: Cracked crab, clams
2 cup: Tomato sauce,
Prawns, shrimp &/or scallops
Directions:
Braise onions, celery, chopped garlic & parsley in olive oil. Add all
other ingredients except seafood. Simmer at least 1 hour. Add
seafood, simmer at least 1/2 hour more. Serve with fresh french bread
