Classic Italian Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Red wine vinegar,
1/2 tsp: Dried basil,
1/4 cup: Water,
1/2 tsp: Dried mustard,
1/2 cup: Vegetable oil,
2 tsp: Parmesan cheese,
2 tsp: Minced onion flakes,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Dried oregano,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Chill to blend
flavors.
