Cornmeal Cutlets -s Recipe

Ingredients:
SLICE INTO 1/4" THICK SLICES
8 ounce: Seitan,
DUST PIECES ON EACH SIDE
3/4 cup: Corn meal,
HEAT FRYING PAN AND ADD
1 tbsp: Corn oil,
Directions:
When oil is hot, add dusted seitan pieces and fry over low heat on
each side until golden brown (about 5 minutes each side). Serve with
mushroom gravy, or a side dish of rice or potatoes, and a green salad.
