Crostini With Cannellini Beans Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: White kidney beans,
2 tbsp: Fresh parsley, minced
-Cannellini beans,
Fresh ground black pepper,
1 small: Clove garlic, minced
1 Recipe: basic crostini,
3 tbsp: Olive oil,
Directions:
Note: white kidney beans are also known as canellini beans and are
widely available in most supermarkets.
Drain and rinse the beans. Place in a bowl and mix well with
remaining ingrdients. Add fresh ground black pepper to taste. Serve
on crostini.
