Crunchy Pecan Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Biscuit mix, buttermilk
1: Broiler-fryer, cut into
1/2 tsp: Poultry seasoning,
-serving sized pieces,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Milk, evaporated
1 tsp: Paprika,
1/2 cup: Butter (or marg.), melted
1/2 cup: Pecans, finely chopped
Directions:
Combine biscuit mix, seasonings, and nuts; mix well. Dip chicken in
milk and coat with dry mixture; place chicken in a greased 13x9x2"
baking pan. Pour butter over top and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour
or until tender.
