Grilled Chicken With Tandoori Spices Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Broiler-fryer Chicken, cut
1/2 tsp: Salt or to taste,
Into 8 pieces,
1/2 tsp: Ground Cumin,
3/4 cup: Plain Yogurt,
1/4 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 tbsp: Lime Juice,
1/4 tsp: Ground Coriander,
1 tbsp: Vegetable Oil,
1/4 tsp: Tumeric,
1 large: Garlic Clove, minced
1/4 tsp: Cardamon,
1 1/2 tsp: Ginger, minced
ds Ground Nutmeg,

Directions:
Wash and dry the chicken pieces and place them in a glass or ceramic
bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour the marinade over the
chicken. Let marinate for 6 hours. Remove the chicken from the
marinade and grill the pieces about 4 to 6 inches from the coals for
about 30 to 45 minutes or until all pieces have cooked through. Turn
chicken occasionally during the grilling process.
