Honey-garlic Pork Loin Recipe

Ingredients:
4 each: Boneless pork center loin,
1/4 cup: Honey,
-chops, 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 inch
2 T: Soy sauce,
-thick,
1 T: Dry sherry,
1/4 cup: Lemon juice,
2 each: Cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops in heavy plastic bag.
Seal. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Remove chops from marinade, reserve
marinade. Broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12-15
minutes, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. DO NOT
