Honeypot Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine,
1 lbs: Confectioners sugar,
2 T: Honey,
1/8 t: Cream of tartar,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in 3 quart saucepan. Bring slowly to boil,
stirring constantly. Bring to full rolling boil for about 8 minutes,
stirring occasionally. (A small amount dropped into cold water should
form a soft ball at 235 degrees.) Remove pan from heat and cool
slightly. Beat mixture until thick. Pour into greased shallow pan.
When nearly set, mark into squares. Separate pieces, when set, and
leave to harden on plate. Origin: Womens Circle, for cooks on the go
