Imperial Sauce B1 Recipe

3 tbsp: SOY SAUCE,
1 slice: GINGER, FINELY CHOPPED
1 tbsp: DRY SHERRY,
1/2 tsp: SUGAR,
1/2 cup: CHICKEN BROTH,
1 pinch: MSG-OPTIONAL,
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE,
1 tsp: , (ROUNDED) CORNSTARCH
GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients & mix well. MSG is controversial & should not
be. Its used as a flavor enhancer for foods that have little
inherent flavor. The trick is not to use too much, only a dash.
