Mandarin Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Boneless Pork Top Loin,
1: 8 oz. can mandarin oranges,
1/4 cup: Orange marmalade,
-drained,

Directions:
Spread orange marmalade over pork roast. Place roast on rack in
shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer so bulb is centered in
thickest part. Do not add water. Do not cover. Roast in 325 F oven,
until meat thermometer registers 155 to 160 F, approximately 1 hour.
Let roast rest 5 to 10 minutes before carving. Garnish with mandarin
oranges.
