Marinated Mozzarella Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Part skim mozzarella,
1/2 cup: Water,
- cut into 1/2-inch cubes,
2 tsp: Dried oregano,
2 tbsp: Plus, see next line
1/2 tsp: Dried basil,
2 tsp: -vegetable oil,
1/4 tsp: Dried thyme,
1/2 cup: Chopped green pepper,
1/8 tsp: Garlic powder,
3 tbsp: Red wine vinegar,
1/2 tsp: Sugar,

Directions:
Place cheese in 1 quart jar. Combine remaining ingredients in a
saucepan, bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes. Cool and pour over
cheese. Store in fridge up to two weeks.

Per serving: 7g protein, 9g fat, 2g carb., 132mg sodium, 16mg chol.,
117 calories.
