Mexican Chicken Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Oil, olive
1 tsp: Oregano leaves,
1 lbs: Chicken breast, boneless,
1 tsp: Chili powder,
-cut in cubes,
15 ounce: Beans, red kidney, undrained
1 cup: Chicken broth,
15 ounce: Beans, black, drained/rinsed
4 ounce: Green chiles, chopped
16 ounce: Corn, whole-kernel, drained
1 1/2 tsp: Garlic powder, calif. style
1/2 cup: Green onion, sliced
1 1/2 tsp: Cumin,
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5
minutes, stirring often. Remove chicken and set aside.
Add remaining ingredients except onion to skillet; mix well. Bring
to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook 10 minutes.
Stir in cooked chicken and onion; simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
