HEAT IN A 4 QUART PAN

1 medium: Onion, chopped
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
2 cup: Cabbage, shredded

SAUTE VEGGIES 10 MIN & ADD
1 cup: Seitan, diced
1 tsp: Basil,
2: Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp: Oregano,
16 ounce: Tomatoes, canned, diced
1/8 tsp: Black pepper,
4 cup: Vegetable stock, warmed

BRING TO A SIMMER & ADD
3/4 cup: Oroz, packaged OR
1 cup: , hot water
2 cup: Pasta, leftover cooked

SERVE WITH
, thick crusty rolls
