Ingredients:
1 large: Turnip, peeled, and diced
Butter,
Water,
Salt and pepper,
Directions:
Peel and dice turnip. Boil until tender. Drain off water. Mash
like you would for mashed potatoes. When mashed, add a bit of
butter, and salt and pepper to taste. For a more colorful dish, use
