Onion Pick Up Sticks Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine,
1 1/3 cup: All purpose flour,
-softened,
2 cup: Shredded sharp cheddar,
2 T: Onion soup mix,
-cheese, room temperature
1/2 t: Lemon pepper,
Directions:
Blend butter, onion soup mix, and lemon pepper thoroughly. Stir in
flour and cheese. Knead until well mixed. On floured board, roll
dough 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 3x1-1/2 inch strips. Place on
greased baking sheets. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. Makes about
84 strips.
PER STRIP Calories 30, protein 1 gm, carbo 2 gm, fat 2 gm, chol 6 mg,
sodium 48 mg.
