Caper Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Olive Oil,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 cup: Wine Vinegar,
1/3 cup: Capers, finely chopped
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients. Shake well to blend.
Make dressing well in advance to blend seasonings. Store tightly
capped at room temperature.
Good over cold chicken salad.
