Duck Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
YIELD: 4 SERVINGS
1 large: Or 2 small ducks,
2 each: Stalks celery, with leaves,
1 large: Onion, diced
-chopped,
8 cup: Water,
6 each: Chicken bouillon cubes,
1 t: Salt,
Directions:
Place all in a large pot, simmer gently for 2 or 3 hours. If too
thick, add one cup water, add 2 or 3 oz tin of thin noodles, cook
very slowly half hour longer and serve. Serve with fresh hot buns.
