Frienship Cake (suzanne) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Fruit and juice from starter,
1 each: Box vanilla pudding mix,
1 cup: Chopped nuts,
4 each: Eggs,
1 each: Yellow cake mix, (not
2/3 cup: Vegetable oil,
-pudding in the mix),
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil in bowl. (ignoring
cake mix directions) Make a thick batter. Fold in nuts and fruit.
Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350F for 35-55 minutes.
Will rise nicely but does fall when cool. Good with cream cheese
frotsting or plain cakes freeze nicely. If you freeze starter, let
it thaw completely before adding first ingredients. Origin: Suzanne
